With equipment that fits under the height limit. A flatbed usually cannot enter basements like those at Ansam, Water's Edge or Mayan, so the car is moved on dollies or by a low recovery vehicle to the entrance and loaded outside. Building security must allow access.
Yes. Many modern automatics and electric cars lock in Park when the battery is dead. The driver uses the manual release, powers the car with a booster pack to select Neutral, or lifts the locked wheels onto skates. Tell us the model beforehand.
